Before joining Sigma7 as Chairman, Charles was co-founder and vice chairman of management consultancy Oliver, Wyman & Co where he specialized in strategy and risk management for leading investment banks, asset managers and market utilities.
Holding several other prior positions as a strategic advisor on financial services to Warburg Pincus and distressed debt fund Silver Point Capital, as a member of the board at investment bank Canaccord Genuity and currently, as a director of insurance risk exchange, AkinovA, and film securitization fund MCT, Charles brings an exceptional level of experience, knowledge, and expertise to our leadership team.
Owen joined Sigma7 as CEO following more than two decades working in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Prior to his leadership role with Sigma7, Owen held senior positions at Marakon Associates and Standard Chartered Bank before moving to Aon where he left as the Chief Executive Officer for their entire Asia operation. He also served as a Board Member and Treasurer for the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong for five years.
Owen’s inclusive and dynamic leadership and expertise in strategy and organization design are critical to our rapidly scaling company as it embarks on its next phase of growth.
Andrew leads the integrated risk management and life science practices. His integrated risk advisory practice includes enterprise risk management (ERM), supply chain risk, analytics, business continuity program design and implementation, as well as risk management/financing program development to support a range of clients, with a strong focus on life science and chemicals.
Prior to joining Sigma7, Andrew was a managing director at Marsh and co-founded Core Risks Ltd which provided strategic consulting to a range of clients, which was acquired by JLT in 2014.
Andy is accountable for technology at Sigma7. He has a Technology career spanning 25 years across a spectrum of early-stage, growth-phase, and large global corporations. Over that time, he has established a track record of launching successful new products, leading acquisitions and driving operational improvements across a multitude of verticals. Andy has held senior roles in Lloyds Banking Group, Zurich Insurance, Capgemini and Cyberfort Group, as well as in Private Equity, both in-fund and portfolio companies.
An innovative, high-energy and insightful HR professional, Jodi brings extensive, and multifaceted experience to Sigma7 as the VP of Human Resources. Previously, Jodi demonstrated significant success leading enterprise-wide HR strategies and shaping operations to establish several multinational businesses as world class employers.
Jodi has more than 20 years of experience in designing HR principles and practices in early-stage businesses, with proven expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, executive coaching, team building, crisis management and merger and acquisitions.
Previously advising clients on security and privacy issues at one of the world’s largest law firms, Dentons, Deborah heads up the legal and compliance operation at Sigma7 as General Counsel.
Bringing impeccable legal credentials as well as considerable experience in cybersecurity, technology and intelligence, Deborah is playing a key role in molding our risk management services for our growing global client base.
Anne is a world class leader in property insurance and risk consulting, with extensive commercial experience at Marsh and Aon, where Anne was responsible for departmental growth, revenue generation and business development.
At Sigma7, Anne will be leading our commercial efforts in the industrial manufacturing and real estate sectors and helping our clients strategically manage their risks.
A former Royal Marines Commando Major, Dr. Blyth has served as the long-time operational lead and CEO of Risk and Strategic Management Corp (RSM), leading to its acquisition by Sigma7. Mike previously held various vice president appointments for major global risk and training management organizations, where he focused on organizational resiliency and business continuity, policy design, program and operations management and crisis leadership. Mike combines a wealth of international experience and knowledge with a Doctorate focused on organizational resilience.
Colin is a highly experienced leader with strong commercial acumen and a broad academic foundation. Prior to joining the Sigma7 group, he was the COO at Risk and Strategic Management Corp (RSM).
Colin’s history of holding VP and SVP positions at some of the world’s largest private security and risk management firms, including GardaWorld and Control Risks, demonstrates an impressive and successful track record within multinational companies.
Ambrose co-founded Alaco in 2002 alongside his long-term business partner and colleague, Amy Lashinsky.
His clients include banks, corporations, law firms and private investors, with whom he works on a full range of issues, from due diligence to fraud investigations. Ambrose has been involved in some of the most high-profile asset tracing cases of the past few decades, bringing an exceptional level of experience and expertise to the Sigma7 team.
Amy is the CEO and co-founder of Alaco, a business intelligence firm acquired by Sigma7. Amy trained on Wall Street as a securities analyst before joining Kroll to set up its first overseas office in London, where she became the managing director of its business intelligence unit.
Amy is also an independent non-executive director of FTSE 250 Company Energean Oil and Gas plc and a trustee of the Rathbones Folio Prize.
Chris co-founded RWH Myers, an independent forensic accounting firm in the United States. Since its acquisition by Sigma7, Chris has continued to use his extensive experience in performing business interruption values quantification and exposure studies for Fortune 500 clients. He specializes in forensic accounting and white-collar crime investigations, and provides litigation support services to attorneys, including expert witness testimony.
With almost three decades of experience in the forensic accounting industry, Sharon co-founded one of the companies acquired by Sigma7 in 2022 – RWH Myers. She specializes in complex loss calculations for predominantly multinational corporate policyholders.
Sharon has provided investigative accounting services for litigation throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and Europe, and is a frequent speaker on business interruption and property claims to the insurance and legal community.
Robert co-founded Paragon Risk Engineering – one of the world’s largest independent risk engineering firms. Following Sigma7’s acquisition of the company, Robert continues to lead the risk engineering services across North America and throughout Asia Pacific.
Alongside, Robert McMullen, Jon co-founded Paragon Risk Engineering with over 35 years of international risk management experience. Following Sigma7’s acquisition of the company, Jon continues to lead the risk engineering services across the EMEA region.
Edward Haslam qualified as a metallurgical engineer and has had a long executive career in mining, retiring as CEO of an FTSE 100 Company. Since then he has held non-executive roles as Chairman or Lead Director in a series of publicly listed Companies mining and refining both base and precious metals as well as in diamonds and oil and gas. He is a long-time Fellow of the Institute of Directors (UK).
An acknowledged expert in his field, Robert is a trusted and valued risk advisor to ministers, senior leaders, and the UK Ministry of Defence. He acted as chairman to Intelligence Fusion before joining the Sigma7 advisory board in 2022.
His long and impressive career encompassing crisis management, cyber security and strategic risk management has seen Robert hold roles at director level in both the public and private sectors. He is a retired deputy at GCHQ, and prior to that, was the executive cybersecurity advisor EMEA at Microsoft.
Edward joins Sigma7’s advisory board after a significant and impressive career within the energy industry. As the former vice chairman of NRG, CEO of GenOn Energy and current member of the board at TransOcean, Edward’s authority and experience will bring exceptional value to our oil and energy clients.
Bringing her experience as the former U.S. Deputy National Security Advisor for Strategy to the Sigma7 advisory board, Dr. Schadlow is an accomplished national security practitioner who has served with distinction in leadership positions in the government and private sectors.
Dr. Schadlow was the primary author of US national security strategy under General Mattis, is a senior fellow at the Hudson Institute and a full member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
