Risk and Strategic Management, Corp (a Sigma7 company) has been granted the USAID Partner Liaison Security Operations (PLSO) programs for Nigeria and South Sudan. We deliver resilience, security, and educational services for hundreds of Implementing Partners, and we have trained over 880 implementers on a fully immersive 2-day H.E.A.T course variant in Nigeria between October and December 2022 for USAID. In addition, we hold the International Monetary Fund’s SSAFE (a H.E.A.T variant) course contract and developed the World Bank Group’s H.E.A.T video game solution.

We provide H.E.A.T courses at our design-built Opal Road Training Centre (including a 9-acre outdoor training area and an active shooter simulation office and hotel room) and at our specifically built 86-acre Pandora H.E.A.T site near Washington DC. We offer varied levels of training based on a blend of academic and practitioner research into immersive learning standards and best practices in the conduct of H.E.A.T, with the ability to personalize programs for closed/bespoke courses. Our courses are recognized under the City and Guilds ‘Assured’ program, a testing standard accrediting excellence in the design, development, and delivery of training – as such we are the only organization to offer 3rd party recognition for H.E.A.T – ensuring excellence, while concurrently insulating your team from reputational and litigation risks.
We uniquely run H.E.A.T Train the Trainer (TTT) programs, leveraging our Training Center status with the Institute of Leadership Management (ILM) to train, equip and qualify organizational instructors to implement, with effectiveness and confidence, and internationally recognized program of instruction. Our approach allows for a rapid, personalized, and accredited program which has been tried and tested with thousands of participants globally and which can be provided in multiple languages. Our approach also provides guidance and support to organizations on how to construct their own training facilities and aids for a uniquely immersive learning experience.
