Our solution is highly effective in providing both districts and schools with the document systems and training and exercising resources needed to address humanmade and natural risks – protecting students, teaching and support staff, parents, facilities, and educational activities.

 

We enable the rapid and sustainable internalization of knowledge and skills – allowing districts and schools to build and maintain (and replicate as new schools are built) codified standards and practices and training and exercising programs through innovative and blended learning solutions. The ability to develop – and critically sustain – knowledge and skills within multiple learner groups within the school is critical to understand, mitigate and respond effectively to security incidents.

 

·     MISS Program: Our solution addresses over 16 operational and tactical microlearning modules (10-20mins each) focused on multiple high-impact and fast-burn risks, enabling a core cadre of school Master Instructors to train, quality and equip (with all training content and instructor tutorial videos provided) other district and school instructors.

·   School Emergency Management (SEM) Program: While the MISS program builds tactical knowledge within teaching staff, support staff, SROs, bus drivers, parents, and students, the SEM program is focused specifically on the district crisis management team and individual school emergency management teams. The SEM Train the Trainer program addresses key areas of knowledge on resilience and emergency management, while also offering multiple simulation exercises to test and validate the application of multi-stakeholder knowledge.
