Crisis and Incident Exercise Simulations
Our certified Crisis Management Leadership Team (CMLT) and Local Incident Management Team (LIMT) tabletop simulation is designed to provide organizations an effective and engaging leadership crisis and emergency simulation exercises. The solution is ISO and BSI compliant for emergency and crisis management standards and includes two tiers of exercising with 45+ simulations at each level: [1] the crisis level for operational to strategic resilience and crisis response; and [2] the incident level for tactical to operational emergency response.
The program addresses a wide range of likely security, industrial, or natural threats and hazards with an escalating scenario to test complex and fluid decision-making through incident data-points, leadership prompts, role player injects, video news clips, tailorable social media tools, and adjustable newspaper injects. The program also includes tutorials on how to plan and run an exercise, or how to be a role player; as well as auto-certifications and an After-Action Report template.
Each year organizations are offered the opportunity to request 2 free scenarios of their choice, plus 1 free language. New modules are automatically added to the library at no cost to those using the system. The program also includes Family Liaison Officer (FLO-EX) specific exercise simulations.

This program includes all class-based materials, digital tabletop exercise simulations, multiple training program curricula options, and certifications.
Training comes with ILM, ASIS, SHRM, HRCI, SEC, INSSA and Disaster Ready recognition and CPEs, and it is aligned to ISO and BSI standards.
The goal is to allow organizations to quickly run a focused and threat-specific local incident or organizational level crisis exercise to address a known, emergent, or occurring threat to people, operations, facilities, assets, information, or organizational reputation.
