Our advanced online certified and multi-language program addresses the challenges of bullying, harassment, workplace violence, death threats, conflict resolution, and active shooter threats (internal and external facing) at the executive, manager, and staff levels. We have off-the-shelf as well as design-built solutions to address domestic and global challenges, including for specific sectors and industries. Illustrative examples include designing tailored programs for Bridgestone, Cognizant, the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, and Shell for retail outlets, gas stations, manufacturing plants and office spaces. We have also acted in a Training Needs Analysis role for Apple in designing customer conflict resolution training solutions.
We also have specific Crisis and Incident Management Team tabletop exercise simulations addressing how the executive and site / local management teams would address a severe incident.
